Antitrust law, compliance

Dr. Lars Maritzen has been advising on competition law, compliance as well as commercial for more than ten years and belongs to the practice groups Commercial and IP law. He advises his international and national clients, which include corporate groups, medium-sized companies and start-ups, on the drafting and negotiation of contracts in the areas of purchasing and sales, distribution and in the area of research & development, in particular research and development cooperations, with a focus on competition law.

In addition, Mr. Maritzen advises on the structuring and auditing of compliance management issues and internal investigations, in particular due to his in-house experience. In this context, Mr. Maritzen has particular expertise in the area of fine proceedings including e-discovery and assists national and international clients in fine proceedings under antitrust and data protection law with the respective authorities.

Finally, he acts as a mediator under the P2B Regulation.
