Profile
Thomas Beck has many years of experience in the field of intellectual property law as a certified attorney for intellectual property law and belongs to our IP practice group. He represents and advises national and international companies comprehensively in all matters of trademark, design and competition law as well as on the subject of know-how protection. He advises clients on the establishment of intellectual property rights and represents them in legal disputes.
In addition, he is active in commercial and distribution law, inter alia at the interfaces with competition law and antitrust law, and is part of our Commercial practice group.
He has particular expertise and experience in complicated disputes and litigations.
