Profile

As a certified attorney for intellectual property law, Wolfgang Heisrath belongs to our IP practice group. He has been advising his national and international clients, which include start-ups, small and medium-sized companies and the public sector, for more than 20 years now on all questions of intellectual property law. He has a strong focus on national and international trademark law and on the contracts relating hereto. Further key areas in his approach to strategic consulting are the protection and defence of collective marks, the protection of geographical indications and of certification marks.

In his leisure time, he is involved as a board member of a facility for mentally ill children and young people.
