Paulina Resing started working as attorney at KLEINER in 2025. She is a member of our IP practice group. She advises German and international clients in all areas of trademark, competition and design law and represents them both in and out of court.

• University of Cologne and Université de Lorraine in Nancy, specialising in media and copyright law (First State Examination 2021)
• Worked as a student trainee in the legal department of the media company SUPER RTL Fernsehen GmbH & Co. KG in Cologne (2019 – 2022)
• Master’s degree in “Business Law” (LL.M.) at the University of Cologne with a focus on media and copyright law, industrial property rights and labour law (2022 – 2023)
• Research assistant at a law firm in Cologne specialising in media law/IP law (2022 – 2024)
• Legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court Cologne including internships at the Board of Appeal of the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante and in the legal department of the broadcasting corporation Deutschlandradio in Cologne (Second State Examination 2025)
